Return Policy - Non Defective Merchandise
All products except download products offer a full refund for 30 days from purchase date with a valid return authorization, shipping is non refundable.
All products except download products may be returned but are subject up to a 30% restocking fee according to the status of those products.
All returned merchandise must be returned in the original packaging & include all accessories that shipped with the item. A Return Authorization must be obtained prior to shipping the merchandise back to HYPERJAQ CORPORATION. You must contact our returns department via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of merchandise receipt to obtain a return authorization number. This number along with return instructions will be emailed to you and is valid for 10 days once it is sent. Failure to return the merchandise within this period will result in the cancellation of your return authorization and no additional returns will be allowed.
Return - Defective Merchandise
Occasionally customers receive merchandise which is DOA (dead on arrival) or functioning improperly. If you do receive defective merchandise and it is within the first 30 days of receiving the merchandise, please contact us via email at email@example.com.
If we confirm merchandise is defective, we will either ship a replacement or in the case of some products will assist you arranging a service appointment. Some manufacturers take full responsibilty for a defective item and require that they service and or swap these items. In these cases if the manufacturer is unable to repair your product they will either replace it or issue a return authorization for us to do a swap. HYPERJAQ CORPORATION is always available to assist in away possible.
Return - Shipping Damage
While it is rare, shipping damage does occur. We ask that you inspect the packaging upon arrival and look for any signs of visible shipping damage (holes in packaging, activated tip sensor, obvious signs of abuse, etc). You do have the right to refuse the delivery if you feel that damage has occurred. Please understand that your package will experience normal wear & tear during transit and are package properly to withstand this. Deliveries should not be refused unless there are obvious signs of damage. In the case of displays inspect your shipment, open the box and check for damage before signing for it. Please do not let the driver leave until the product has been inspected. If you discover damage refuse the shipment and note any damage on the shipping invoice. In the rare cases of damage we will ship out a replacement to you. Due to changes in the shipping industry, we cannot take damageds product back once accepted and signed for by the customer.
Order Cancellations - Preorders
HYPERJAQ CORPORATION offers risk free preorders. We always strive to bring you the latest products first, by doing so we often have a large amount of preorders prior to the items release date. By preordering you are assured a place in the line when the product is released. We never charge any credits cards until the item is being prepared for shipment. You are always free to cancel a preorder or any order prior to shipping without incurring any charge.
